  • Led evolution and transformation of NFL Alumni Association, Inc. into a more focused executive team with an improved ability to lead 34 chapters more effectively. Reduced Board of Directors from 34 to 9 members. Created NFL Alumni Foundation, which increased funding sources to benefit children in financial need.
