Herb Rubenstein Consulting conducted a study of revenue enhancing approaches used by other Chambers of Commerce. Herb Rubenstein Consulting focused on the unique opportunities available to the Chamber in the DC business environment. Then Herb Rubenstein Consulting was invited to host a special educational seminar for local businesses entitled, "Successful Growth Strategies for Small Businesses." This seminar was televised. It helped the Chamber embark on a new approach where members regularly share success stories to improve the way business is done in the nation's capital.

Obal Technologies Group, Inc.
When Obal Technologies, Inc. was a startup company, it hired Herb Rubenstein Consulting. Herb Rubenstein Consulting helped Obal to successfully position itself in the high tech satellite and communication industries market place.

The Joy of Sports Foundation was established to provide inner city children self esteem, communication, team building and other life skills. Herb Rubenstein Consulting's relationship with the Joy of Sports Foundation, Inc. began with the election of Herbert Rubenstein to the Board of Directors. Three years after this election, Herb Rubenstein Consulting was hired as the growth development consultant for the organization. Through the work of the Joy of Sports Board of Directors and its founder, Andrew Oser, Herbert Rubenstein and Herb Rubenstein Consulting assisted in producing the following successes:
